Lovely trail ride to Lincoln via Clumber, Tuxford. This is good preparation if you're doing the York 100 later this year.

Starting from Kiveton Park railway station by the signal box at the entrance to the Chesterfield Canal towpath.

Cycling down the canal towpath, quiet roads, through Clumber Park to Tuxford.

Stop in Clumber Park for a toilet break and then in Tuxford for lunch. Either bring your own lunch or should be able to buy something from one of the shops in Tuxford.

Helmets. Tools. Puncture kit. Money for stop.
