Aiming for a 10-12mph average.
A route from Burringham church car park, along the Trent into Scotter, passed East Ferry Timber, then left and along the country roads back through Messingham centre & down the hill to Messingham Zoo (roughly 13miles completed)

We will stay at the Zoo for 1hr-1hr30, allowing time for refreshments and a good wander around. This costs £10 entry fee.

Info from the Zoo - "Skunks and Ferrets are out at 11, a porcupine talk at 11.15 and Otters fed at 11.30. You can also buy pig and emu food which is £1 a bag and you can pick grass for the wallabies"

I anticipate departure by 12 for the final 5miles to the Trent & back to our start.

It should be a lovely morning out, fingers crossed on the weather front!

Please wear a helmet, bring a drink, cash/card for the Zoo & spare innertube for emergency or have an alternative method home.

Please account for any extra mileage getting to the meeting point & back. Get in touch of you'd like to meet en route.
