Loop from FBC Centre to the oldest building in Wokingham

This is a lovely leisurely10 mile ride from the FBC Centre. Keeping a steady pace along mostly flat terrain, we'll ride through Crowthorne into the Gorrick Plantation to the Henry Lucas Hospital, the oldest building in Wokingham (Grade 1 listed). We'll then complete the loop back to the FBC Centre via California Country Park, stopping en route to enjoy some well earned refreshment. On and off road so lots of chance for a chat, but sadly this ride is NOT suitable for thin road tyres because of the track through the Plantation. Hybrid or mountain bikes will cope with the terrain just fine. Newcomers are very welcome and we'll take the pace of the slowest person so no one is left behind. You may want to bring a drink with you, a little cash and a bike lock for the cafe stop. It may also be a good idea to bring a spare inner tube for your bike and a waterproof jacket - hopefully you'll need neither!
