Look mum No Hands

A 170 ( odd ) mile, all day excursion up to Look Mum No Hands cycle Cafe in London, and back, from the Alma Inn at Lower Upham, using mostly back roads and country lanes where possible. This is an all day excursion, but the route passes several main line train stations on the return leg, and there is the option to use the train if needs be ( at each individuals own expense ). All timings are approximate ( except the start time ), the published route is intended as a guide only.
