Flat . Be aware of Pedestrians and dogs and remember it’s a shared pathway an as such you are responsible for your own behaviour. You will be riding on short sections of roads with its associated hazards

A very basic ride along the prom to learn use of gears, brakes etc. check posture and start to gain confidence to ride the roads and then graduate to Live Like Ralph training rides in new year

Flat, traffic free however there will be pedestrians and dogs
