Starting from - Llanilar Old Station Car Park - from Aberystwyth direction, straight across the mini roundabout in Llanilar, turn immediately left and follow the road down past the school. Plenty of free parking. SY23 4PA

A nice easy pace ride
We will set off from Llanilar old station car park and ride along the Ystwyth Trail which is the track bed of the old Aberystwyth - Carmarthen railway line.
Flat and straight along the cycle path, along the side of the River Ystwyth, a very peaceful route. We will take our time and stop and admire the views/take photos.
We will turn round at Black Covert car park
Please note that the surface is not tarmac. It is very flat but there are patches of mud in places. Not suitable for road bikes.
