Starting from - Llanilar Old Station Car Park - from Aberystwyth direction go straight across the mini roundabout then turn left, keep going straight on down past the school and the car park is at the end. No charge :-), SY23 4PD

We will be riding along the roads, no cycle path for this ride.
Nice and flat with a steady gentle hill up to the cafe, remember to bring some money.
So that means a nice downhill on the way back :-)
This ride is suitable for everyone, no one is ever left behind and we regroup at the top of every climb, so you must be prepared to wait. It will be a nice relaxed pace.
We will be cycling at no more than 10mph average speed.
