Tregaron, Tyncelyn, heading towards Penuwch, but turning left to go into Llangeitho, where we'll stop at the cafe for food and drink The miles will be around 8 at this point.
On the return journey, we will go to Capel Betws, either Llanio or Olmarch, Gogoyan Bridge, Llanddewi Brefi back to Tregaron.
This is a climbing route.
