Llangeitho circular from Tregaron

Heading towards Llanddewi Brefi, going through the village and turning right to head to Cockshead, then rejoining main road and turning off at Llanio. We will then climb to Stag's Head, turning left at the crossroads, descending into Llangeitho, where we'll stop for a refreshment break at the café, this is nearly 10 miles into the ride.

From the café, we will head towards Talsarn, turning left to head to Abermeurig and Llwyn-y-groes, back to Llanio and Cockshead, then heading back to Llanddewi Brefi and Tregaron.

There are some narrow lanes and very limited rutted parts on this ride. If you are using a road bike with road tyres, this is fine, but make sure you feel confident on those tougher parts, I will give warning in advance, so you can prepare yourself.

I've listed this ride as challenging as it's over 20 miles and is over 1600 ft climbing, but all doable by bike. We will take regular stops at the harder climbs.
