ROUTE PLACED ON STRAVA ROUTE - 17.7M - 1291 FEET

We will set from the carpark towards Ciliau Aeron, join the A487 for about 1/4 mile before turning by the vets towards the Pennant road. Turn right after first bridge and then before the next bridge and go pass Tyglyn, Tymawr and then through village of Cilcennin towards Cyclemart.

We will go straight on towards -keep right at first junction - then turn left towards Plasybryniau. Right and come out in Bethania square. Turn left and continue nice long and flat ride to Cross Inn. At Cross Inn take Tygwyn/Pennant road another nice and long flat road. Continue straight on at Pennant towards Ciliau Aeron and pass the 2 bridges and to Llanerchaeron.

There is much more climbing on this route but well worth it when we get to Bethania - nice and flat back.
