Llandrindod Wells Lake Gentle Social Cycling

Have you got a bike and would you like some gentle exercise without hills in the company of other women?

Come and join me for some laps around the beautiful Llandrindod Wells lake. This ride is for women who would like some gentle exercise in the company of other women, you don’t need to wear lycra or own a fancy bike, just a roadworthy one you are comfortable with. We can do as many laps of the lake as you like and finish with coffee and cake in the Lakeside Café for some chat, cake and social time.
We do like you to wear a helmet and dress to be comfortable on your bike and of course to suit the weather on the day.
Please bring a pump if you have one, spare inner tube/puncture repair kit, (I will have some spares just in case), your helmet and a drink to have on bike.
