road ride from the back of aintree race course heading out through melling, melling mount, Bickerstaff, lathom, Appleby bridge and to croston for tea and cakes following this heading out to bretherton, mear brow, halsall, aughton, melling mount and back to the stat


there is 3 climbs on this ride which will be taken at your pace


road ride out to the velo cafe at croston

mainly quite roads but there a=re some busy crossings

bring lights back lights a must, at least 1 spare tube, water, money/bank card. mud cards for colder months, basic repair kit, snacks, wear appropriate footwear and clothing helmets advised
