Liverpool, Frodham to Ellesmere Port

Starting at South Park Way Train Station, Liverpool, we head off through Garston towards Speke on quiet roads. Passing the airport and moving on through Hale - route 62. Riding along the river front by Pickering pastures towards Runcorn Bridge. Cross over the bridge and head off through Runcorn - route 562. Then on to Frodsham, using route 5. Stop off for refreshments in Frodsham before riding along traffic free tracks towards Ellesmere Port. Short section on busy road A5117 before joining route 70 along the canal towards The National Waterways Museum before reaching Ellesmere Port station to return home by train.
