Meeting on prom next to midland hotel cycle down the prom to the a6 at hestbank follow that all the way to carnforth then turn off for crag bank head out toward warton where we will be on a and B roads to lieghton moss nature reserve for for coffee and cake after that we leave we will head back towards warton where there will be a couple of hills once in warton we will turn off and head for clear water and the kellets and drop down into Halton wher we will join the cycle track back to Morecambe
