Let’s Ride through Winter to Sutton Park

The route will be on a mixture of quiet roads and shared pathways, through the local green spaces until you reach Banner’s Gate in Sutton Park.

It will give you an opportunity to see some lovely scenery of Sutton Park. On the approach into the park we will pass Longmoor Pool and continue uphill and veer left until we approach the Jamboree Stone (we will have a short 10 min break).

We will then turn back and have a refreshment stop at Cafe Prem (the Kiosk at Banner’s Gate), where you have the option of purchasing a drink, before we head back to the leisure centre.

This ride is ideal for those who are returning to cycling or who want to join a shorter ride taking less time out their day. It is great for gaining confidence on local roads and gaining experience of cycling as part of a group. We always regroup and never leave anyone behind! We want you to enjoy the ride.

You will need to have your own bike and a helmet to join the ride.

Please bring a drink, a spare inner tube or puncture kit in case you need to change your tyre.
