Let's Ride Through Winter - South Havering Circular

Please bring;
1. A lock for your bike,
2. Some money or a card with you if you wish to purchase refreshments at the stop,
3. A road worthy bike,
4. A spare inner tube, pump and tyre levers
5. A cycle helmet,
6. Comfortable clothes appropriate for the weather,
7. A drink & snack for along the way if needed.

Cancelling your place won’t be a problem just let us know before the ride so we will not waiting unnecessarily, especially if it’s raining.

You should pay particular attention to your bike and helmet being in good working order before starting the ride so as to minimise risks and disruption to you and others..

A gentle ride from Upminster library to Purfleet via Harrow Lodge, Beam Way, and Rainham Marshes. Returning via Rainham Marshes and Hornchurch Country Park.

This is almost entirely on paths, or cycle lanes. Due to the gates in Rainham Marshes this ride isn't suitable for trikes or trailers.

As the cafe at the RSPB is now closed, we are continuing to a "new" cafe in Purfleet.
