The plan is to cycle out of Amersham along Raans Road where we can join the bridle path that takes us all the way to Chenies. We'll cross the valley and find some more off road tracks near Flaunden. There will be a couple of hills to negotiate but don't worry we always wait at the top and getting off to push is fine!

Please check your bike is in good working order, preferably the day before the ride and that the tyres are pumped up. Check out this video for how to check your bike:

You need to wear a helmet to join my rides and the following are useful things to bring along: spare inner tube, a bottle of water, some money/card for a coffee if we stop. Keep an eye on the weather and dress appropriately. At the moment it looks like it will be sunny but cold.

Off Road ride to Chenies and Fluanden

We'll keep off road as much as we can but there will be some stretches of tarmac and traffic.

Please

First-timers welcome!
