This East London & Essex Cyclists ride is open for anyone to join

Led by experienced ride leaders, these rides are a great way to explore new places and to meet new people who enjoy cycling. They are suitable for all levels of experience, so whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist, you can find a ride that is right for you.

Please bring;
1. A lock for your bike,
2. Some money or a card with you if you wish to purchase refreshments at the stop,
3. A road worthy bike,
4. A spare inner tube, pump and tyre levers
5. A cycle helmet,
6. Comfortable clothes appropriate for the weather,
7. A drink & snack for along the way if needed.

Cancelling your place won’t be a problem just let us know before the ride so we will not waiting unnecessarily, especially if it’s raining.

Thames Chase Forest Centre have a new playground opening on February 16th. There will also be free children's crafts and face painting on the day from 10.30am-1pm.

This route is mainly off road along gravel paths. There are two very short sections on roads.

We especially welcome newbies!
