Led by experienced ride leaders, these rides are a great way to explore new places and to meet new people who enjoy cycling. They are suitable for all levels of experience, so whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist, you can find a ride that is right for you.

British Cycling are again running Let's Ride Through Winter guided rides with entry in a prize draw for every ride you come on. I am organising a series of Sunday rides around Havering's parks and woods. These are mainly off roads and will take place whatever the weather brings.

Mainly hard paths with a short section on quiet roads (note the road section will be omitted in heavy snow)

We will stop for a coffee at the RSPB Visitor Centre

Please bring; 1. A lock for your bike, 2. Some money or a card & a mask with you if you wish to purchase refreshments at the stop, 3. A road worthy bike, 4. A spare inner tube, pump and tyre levers 5. A cycle helmet, 6. Comfortable clothes appropriate for the weather, 7. A drink & snack for along the way if needed.
