This ride will be weather dependent, I will cancel if it looks like it will be too windy or rainy. Please arrive 15 mins before our ride so we can carry out bike checks etc.
This ride is suitable for all but the average pace will be approx 11mph (please note we will be slower on the climbs but fast on the descents). The route also involves some busy roads so please be sure you are happy to ride on these, there are also lots of quiet country lanes and we will all stick together and have fun.
Parking today is a car park in Hope opposite the Medical Centre, please note that there is a height barrier (also there are no toilets available). What3words -

We start by heading towards Cefn y Bedd and then turn right heading towards Ffrwd where we have our first climb to Ffirth. Having regrouped at the Llanfyndd turning we will head up our second climb of the day. Promise these are doable. We then have a lovely descent to Pontblyddyn. Crossing the busy Mold Road we head towards Padeswood and then onto Buckley. Here we will stop at the Rise and then make our way down the lanes to Drury Lane - we cross the busy roundabout (so please listen carefully to the instructions given) and climb up to the A55 crossing. From here we descent to Kinnerton - again crossing a busy road. And start our journey back down Sandy Lane to Burton Green. Up Cobblers, Shordley and back towards Hope via Pigeon Lane and Stryt Isa and lastly back to the cars!
