Meet at Jake's Cafe on Regent Street


We will cycle to Victoria Park where we meet a British Cycling coach to go through some basic coaching points on how to cycle safely on roads and how to use your bike properly. We will then continue the cycle down to Mountwise and then back to Plymouth University.
