Let's get fitter to... Chitty Chitty Puff Puff!

Now it's Autumn let's try to keep, even develop, that fitness. This ride forms part of a series of rides from October to Christmas and will normally Start / Finish in the main car park of Dinton Pastures by the Dragonfly Cafe (in it if it's raining!). Routes will be added a month in advance (to better reflect needs, wishes even alternative start points), and the aim is to always finish together - but please check the distance and pace advice. This is a fairly hilly ride including the 18-20% climb of Ashfield Hill where we then drop past the Chitty Chitty Bang Bang Windmill. Most recent riders will be OK but may have to walk parts of the feature climb if not feeling really strong and fit by now!!
