Now it's Autumn let's try to keep, even develop, that fitness. This ride forms part of a series of rides from October to Christmas and will normally Start / Finish in the main car park of Dinton Pastures by the Dragonfly Cafe (in it if it's raining!). This is a gentle, almost, recovery, ride for the 'regulars' and I'll even throw in a coffee break. Please check the distance and pace advice.
