Now it's Autumn let's try to keep, even develop, that fitness. This ride forms part of a series of rides from October to Christmas and will normally Start / Finish in the main car park of Dinton Pastures by the Dragonfly Cafe (in it if it's raining!). Please check the distance and pace advice. This ride aims to blow some cobwebs away being mostly flat and a coffee stop midway to replenish energy stores.
