Now it's Autumn let's try to keep, even develop, that fitness. This ride forms part of a series of rides from October to Christmas and will normally Start / Finish in the main car park of Dinton Pastures by the Dragonfly Cafe (in it if it's raining!). Please check the distance and pace advice on this ride, it is long and hilly. Nothing silly, the accumulative effect will be tiring - but I think the 'regulars' can all do it!
