This is a leisurely social ride, probably around 11-12 mph, going through some lovely villages and lots of quiet country roads. We will aim to stay together as a group for the whole ride, and ride at the pace of the slowest rider. I appreciate that this may be a bit on the slow side for some, so please bear this in mind before signing up

The route will take us from St Crispin's out through Cogenhoe (using part of the Norbital route on tarmacced cycle paths) . Back home via Overstone and Boughton.

We plan to stop at the lovely cafe in the marina on the outskirts of Earls Barton for coffee/tea/cake. Please bring both cash and card (in case one of these methods of payment is not accepted)

Please bring a helmet spare tube and pump, and money for a drink and food.
