We'll have a leisurely ride down the Innocent, Bruntstane, Fisherrow, Longniddry, Drem and Merryhatton. After lunch, Athelstaneford and possibly Macmerry, Tranent, Prestonpans, Musselburgh and Meadows.

A flattish circuit in East Lothian, destination Merryhatton Garden Centre.

Mostly on quiet roads, but there's a mile or two on the busy coast road.

Lunch at the garden centre, or you can bring your own picnic.

Bring gear to repair a puncture.
