This is a leisurely social ride, aiming for 11-12mph. We will aim to stay together as a group for the whole ride, and ride at the pace of the slowest rider. There are some challenging hills, so a good level of 'bike fitness' is recommended, but we will stop and rest and take in the views when needed

The outward route takes us through Upper Harlestone, The Bringtons, Flore, Weedon , West Haddon before stopping for coffee at Upper Stowe. The second (shorter) return leg will go back through Nether Heyford, Bugbrooke and Kinslingbury.

Please bring a helmet (compulsory), spare tube and pump, and money for a drink.
