PLEASE BE AWARE, there is a height restriction barrier of 2.1mtrs in place.
If you are carrying your bicycle on the roof of your vehicle you will need to remove it before entering the car park..

We will be joining up with the 'Wigan to Irlam station 30 miles bike ride' along the route.

Helmets must be worn.

We will be leaving Leigh Sports Village via Pennington Flash and joining the canal down to Astley.

We leave the canal at Astley and take the quiet roads across Chat Moss to Irlam Station. We will return to Leigh Sports Village along the same route.

We will take a break at Irlam Station who serve hot and cold food and beverages

You will need appropriate clothing for the weather. Ideally you should bring cash or card if you intend to purchase refreshments, a spare inner tube, pump, basic tools and a puncture repair kit
