Starting from - Leigh Spinners Mill. Free Parking to left of gate barrier. Meet at cycle pod. Keep clear of the road which goes down to the mill. Toilets available inside the mill, WN7 2LA

You should only book on this ride if you have a good level of cycling fitness as the distance is approx 30 miles
The route will go to Monton via Bridgewater canal and onto Salford Quays where we will have a break / coffee. We travel back to Monton pick up the Roe Green loopline R 55 to join the guided busway making our way back to Leigh Spinners via canal.
You should bring water, and clothing suitable for route distance & weather. Puncture repair and inner tube.
