About the route
Short route using Greenways and quiet road to Wakefield centre south - ride will pause in Wakefield to allow time to visit things in the city. 1 hour give or take, depending on what people wish to do. Bring your own locks.
There is no great climbing here - as the tow path is cream crackered, we will use the route via Green Lane - that means the short climb after the Earlsheaton Tunnel.
The Hepworth Gallery has a cafe for drinks etc.
