In order to cater for everyone who likes cycling to The Rising Sun on a Wednesday morning we'll try and run two Rides. Everyone starts at Asda at 10am One group will go out via Jesmond and Armstrong Bridge (the classic anticlockwise), the other via Gosforth Nature Reserve (the reverse or clockwise). We'll all meet up in the Country Park cafe and there will be opportunity for some limited chopping and changing for the return.

If this Ride is shown to be full on the website contact the Ride Leader or post a message on the SAS group page. If there are 8 people or fewer signed up we'll probably consolidate into one Ride

Please remember your wet weather gear and tools to fix a puncture. You may wish to bring a drink and a snack.
