Join me in celebrating leading my 150th Breeze Ride. I’ve been promising to do this ride all summer - so seems like a nice time to put it on :-)
Starting in Caernarfon we’ll cycle along Y Foryd before joining Lon Eifion cycle path as far as Bryncir - and then onto Criccieth via Llanystumdwy. There is a bit of a hill back out of Criccieth, but it does not go on for too long, and then we'll head back to Bryncir and Caernarfon.
We will stop for lunch in either Criccieth or the garden centre in Bryncir (on the way back at mile 26)

The ride is mainly cycle path with some sections along B roads and a short section on the A497 from Llanystumdwy into Criccieth. I’ve clarified it as Challenging because of the distance. The route itself is not challenging. Its around 1,500 feet of elevation, so quit flat for us in NW Wales, and the only real climb is out of Criccieth (its fine and only goes on for about a mile). We’ll keep a social pace (around 11 mph) and never leave anyone behind.

If you want to join the ride part way along to make it a bit shorter - get in touch and we can make arrangements.

**NB. If the weather is not looking good for the ride I may change the route or move the ride to another day- but I’ll keep everyone updated and give you lots of notice, but please look out for messages.

WHAT TO BRING:
- A drink and snacks
- Clothes suitable for the weather
- A helmet is compulsory for this session
- Repair kit and spare inner tube
- Money for the cafe
- Make sure your bike is in good working order with the tyres pumped up before arriving

If you've got any questions or wonder whether this ride is for you - please do get in touch. If you've never cycled with Breeze before you'd be very welcome.
