I am planning to celebrate on Cycle To Work Day by joining two popular bike routes to make one long scenic ride adventure!

You’ll be riding alongside the River Lea following an exciting route from the hospital all the way into Harpenden and back. If you’re using e-Bikes, please ensure you are fully charged to allow at least a 90 - 120min ride.

This will be a circular route with plenty of stops for pictures and to take in the scenery. The majority of our ride avoids busy roads, following the cycle paths and quiet roads.
My route will take you towards Hockwell Ring into Limbury Meads, the stretch of land along the River Lea, it will trace the River Lea heading towards New Bedford Road, Warden Park and enter The Upper Lea Valley Way which is a traffic-free walking and cycling route linking Luton with Harpenden.
This will be a fun confidence-building easy ride. A ride packed full of countryside sights and you’ll see some lovely views along the way, get some fresh air, easy exercise and forget all your work troubles.

So, lets celebrate Cycle To Work Day!
