Starting at Coypool Park and Ride, we wind our way up the cycle trail to Yelverton (WC). We then head off for a lap of Burrator before climbing up from Sheepstor village, heading across to Cornwood (WC) via Cadover bridge.
Across towards Plymstock via Smithaleigh and Sherford heading up to Staddiscombe and Jennycliff.
Refreshments at the Guardroom before heading back to the start via the Broadway and Embankment.
There are some hills along the way, however, we will take them very steady and nobody will be left behind.
