Breeze Bike Rides in Derbyshire Dales This is a monthly Breeze ride to promote cycling fitness and confidence in women who have some experience of riding on roads. The routes will be varied but centre around Darley Dale. December Route can be viewed here: http://www.strava.com/routes/1232314 Route more lumpy than first intended but a 3rd shorter to compensate. We get the major hill done and dusted at beginning to warm us up and just perfect for burning calories in readiness for the festive fayre to be consumed over the next few weeks. Last hill of 2014, lets conquer it with a smile and in style. FANCY DRESS CHRISTMAS THEME OPTIONAL HOHOHO Cycling helmets are advised:- Ensure your bicycle is in good working order:- Please bring with you water bottle, spare inner tube, waterproof and Emergency snack:-) New comers are always welcome and at the top of hills, bottom of descents, junctions, we will re group so no one is left behind.
