There will be some inclines but not too steep and we will always wait on top of the hills for riders to catch up. This ride is suitable for riders who are used to long steady distance. I have chosen quiet roads but there are some sections on busy roads too. We will stop at the cafe for about 45 minutes or so at Langley Country Park for coffee/snack and pictures.
I have now changed this ride to start and finish at Uxbridge station and will depend on metropolitan line working.
Please ensure your bike is in tip-top working order as I cannot touch it. Pump up the tyres, check the brakes and ensure the wheels turn freely.
