Lancaster to Arnside Loop

Starting from Setting off from Denny Beck we will head towards Bolton Le Sands,Burton in Kendal and Sandside and then into Arnside where we will stop for a coffee and a bite to eat either Fish and Chips or the local Cafe After leaving Arnside we will head towards Far Arnside before heading back towards Bolton Le Sands and along Morecambe front before joining the cycle path back to the start point. We'll all do the hills at our own pace, and reform at the top. Please check your bike over the night before the ride, tyres inflated, all bolts tight, lubricated. Clothing, Helmet & lights checked & ready. Please aim to be ready to ride 15 mins before the ride start time, getting away on time is good for everyone. This is a great ride with something for everyone. We'll ride at a steady pace of 10-12 mph on this ride and we'll keep our pace at a level so that we can all stay together & have a really pleasant ride.
