A lovely circular on some new and old routes to a brand new cafe at Lake Y . Please note as this cafe is new so limited on food possibly a cake and coffee etc . Might be an idea to bring a snack or two .

A fantastic circular ride around Doncaster heading past the spectacular lakeside, we go west over the mallard bridge towards the trails across to the lakes near the Amazon warehouses, we go into homescarr woods then use a new route over to the perimeter of the pit spoil at Rossington . We go over the railway towards the water tower on bawtry road. We venture into finningley great woods then cross over great Yorkshire way into hayfield woods circle around the perimeter of these wonderful woods onto hayfield lane which leads us to our cafe stop at the lake Y cafe. Our return takes us on the rails leading though the Yorkshire wildlife park into the lovely villages of Auckley and Branton. We the head back towards lakeside tenpin bowling car park looping around armthorpe and cantley on some beautiful trails .

Woodland single tracks , tarmaced areas shared footpaths, farmland trails some quiet lanes too.

Stopping at the recently just opened cafe at the equally new venue Lake Y .

Helmets are advisable, spare inner tubes , tools to remove a tyre , might be an idea to bring along a spare quick link for your chain , cash or card for a possible purchase at the cafe .

We never leave anyone behind
