Thursday night training?
At Salt Ayre Cycle 7-9pm. Bring lights, a drink and £2.
Can accommodate late arrival, (but remember to sign on and pay) or early departure.
Can accommodate hybrid bikes or road bikes but smoother tyres do help.
Can accommodate various fitness and skill levels.
Beginning and end will be separate groups doing “Through-and-off” at various speeds.
For Newbies, we will do a demo of Through-and-off.
Middle part can be some skills, such as cornering, riding close to other riders, and sprints.
This session will run all through winter until March (except for ice, gales, fallen trees, floods and power cuts)
Guest coaches? To ensure we incorporate what you want, I am very happy if someone else would like to take the lead on some activities. It is your session.
