Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

Thursdays 7-9 pm, Salt Ayre Cycle Track, With Track lights It is not a coaching session, because I am riding, but an opportunity to increase fitness and skill level. Bring: suitable clothing, bike lights, enough drink for 1.5 hours riding, snack for the end, £2 (which pays for track and lights) General session plan: 7-7:30 warm up 10 min, group riding 20 min, 7:30 -8:20 skill 25 min, Intensive 25 min, 8:20-9:00 Group ride 30 min warm down 10 min We can accommodate arriving later/leaving earlier. Just remember to warm up/warm down. We can accommodate mixed ability/ fitness. The group riding will naturally split faster/slower groups. It will run every week. I would only cancel if the track was icy.
