Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

Salt Ayre Track booked 7-9pm starting Thursday 8th October through to 25th Feb. 16 Last year numbers ranged between 2-16, so I am keen to recruit more ladies. Group riding, through and off, chain gangs, work better with more riders. Ideally, enough folk for a steady group and a speedier group. Essentially, the sessions can be whatever people want from them. I just want to keep riding through the winter, without traffic, poor visibility, wet roads and risk of mechanicals a long way out. Bring: suitable clothing, bike lights, enough drink for 2 hours riding, snack for the end, £2 General session plan: but flexible. 7-7:40 warm up 10 min, group riding 30 min, 7:40 -8:20 skill 20 min, Intensive 20 min, 8:20-9:00 Group ride 30 min warm down10 min We can accommodate arriving later/leaving earlier. Just remember to warm up/warm down. We can accommodate mixed ability/ fitness. The group riding will naturally split faster/slower groups. It will run every week. I would only cancel if the track was icy, or so windy as to cause risk of falling branches
