Starting from - The Starting point is outside Knott End Café in Knott End. Free parking is available all day at the car park behind the café on Quail Holme Road. There are public toilets here as well but coins required to use them. FY6 0EA

Starting at Knott End through Preesall and onto Back Lane for a quiet country lane ride to Wardleys Creek and onto Hambleton. At Hambleton we head towards the Cartford Bridge and onto Garstang. From Garstang we head to Scorton for the Café stop, before returning via Winmarleigh and Pilling. Very flat route.
