Starting point
Front door cycle park, Lynnsport and Leisure Park, 1 mile north/east of King's Lynn Railway Station along National Cycle Route 1
100 mile challenge ride to Norwich and back to Lynnsport. Gently rolling countryside to Litcham, then to Costessey to pick up Marriott's Way into Norwich, lunch, out along Lakenham Way, Marston Lane and Hethersett, climbing through Castle Acre to finish in the Gaywood River valley again.
