Starting point Spenborough Pool, ----- Leggers now only optional. ---- Route with gentle climbs following NCN 66 into Bradford City Centre Setting out from Leggers at 10:00 to meet up at main start point Spenborough Pool. Following NCN 66 into Bradford, past Asda over the Big Red Bridge via cycle paths into the city centre. Returning via same and following Birch Lane & Staithgate Lane to meet up with Greenway on Euroway Estate. 16 miles from Spen Pool, about 26 miles if starting from the Leggers. Starting at Spen Pool advisable. Please keep an eye on this site for details about parking near the pool. Most of the 16 miles is flat. Gentle climbs & descents characterise the route. There is a gradual climb coming out of Bradford. Countryside and urban paths blend well.
