Start point is Worthy Lane car park next to Winchester Hotel. We leave Winchester via Chilbolton Avenue and Sarum road. Follow the undulations of Farley Mount and descend Ashley hill into King Somborne. The road through Farley Mount is low in traffic. At King Somborne we visit the community village hall which does a section of homemade cakes. Cards are taken.
On our return we go via Crawley pond and will stop there to look at the duck pond. We continue through Littleton and Harestock back to our start. The route is 20 miles and achievable for most.
Please bring a road worthy bike, inner tube, helmet and suitable clothing for sitting outside
