This route takes us south from the pump track at Kenton Recreation Ground into Brent where we follows parks and quiet streets through Preston and Fryent Park to Kingsbury. We cross Roe Green to strike north towards Chandos Recreation Ground and Canons Park. After a welcome cuppa we'll follow quiet streets back via the Belmont Trail to Kenton Rec. It's not a ride for absolute beginners but if you are a confident rider and perhaps have ridden in a group before, you'll be fine.

Before you come please pump up your tyres and ensure the brakes work and the wheels turn freely. Bring water, a bike lock and card for the cafe. Check the weather forecast and dress accordingly, not forgetting gloves and warm socks. We are a friendly group and no one is ever left behind.

Most of the route is on quiet roads and though parks, but there are moment on busier roads

We'll stop at the cafe in Canons Park

Bring water, card for the cafe and a bike lock; wear gloves and wrap up warm
