On leaving Kendal we will take the cycle path up Hospital Hill, ride around the Helm before heading out to Middleshaw. After visiting the reservoir we will return via Ewebank and Millholme.

The ride is mainly on quiet country roads.

We will stop by the reservoir for refreshments - please bring your own.
