A nice ride to Grange–over-Sands via Crossthwaite and Lindale. We then return to Kendal via Meathop. There are some wonderful views along the way which we can stop and admire.

This ride is on mainly on good country roads. We will ride along on the main B5277 road from Lindale into Grange.

We will stop for lunch on the promenade. There are cafés in the town and on the promenade. On the return journey we could also call in at Sizergh Castle café or the Gilpin Bridge pub for a second stop if desired.

Please bring some money if you wish to buy refreshments, also a drinks bottle and a packed lunch or snacks. Helmets are advisable.

We never leave anyone behind
