KCC Blue B Group Ride

We head for Kirkby Lonsdale via Holme and Burton-in-Kendal. We will then head for Sedbergh before returning to Kendal. There are a few hills to climb, but this is a lovely scenic route.

The Blue B group will be departing at 09:15 from Kendal Leisure Centre (meet at the back of the car park towards the cycle path). Please arrive up to 10 mins before the start time but NOT more than 10 mins before. Blue B group rides are 30-45 miles long, averaging 10-13 mph. We will be riding mainly on quiet roads. Part of the route is on B roads.

We will stop along the way for rests / drinks when necessary and to admire the views! We will also stop for refreshments.

Helmets must be worn on club rides. Please bring your own tool kit, a spare inner tube, a drinks bottle and snacks / energy bars. Also money / cards for refreshments.
